WCT05 - Bali Pro Keramas

A new addition to the tour for 2018 - Keramas in Indonesia has long been a favourite event on the WQS (World Qualifying Series, level 2 of surfing competition if you will), this is sure to be a high-octane event with plenty of incredible waves. All surfers on tour love it when they get an event in the tropics, so you can be sure that the whole field will be excited to get in the water!

Getting towards the mid-stage of the season there's still everything to play for in terms of the world title, and it's at this stage of the year that those at the bottom of the table are starting to think about re-qualification, all it takes is 1 or 2 solid results and they can leap-frog a fair bit of the competition.

For all of you who are joining our Fantasy Surfer league this could be a tricky event to pick a team for. With no previous WCT history to run off it's anyone's guess who will shine over here in Indo. Maybe the rookies will shine, maybe it'll be one of the old-guard, one thing's for sure - we can't wait to see the action!

Make sure you tune in to Facebook to watch all the action live via the WSL page, you can tune in to www.worldsurfleague.com to watch all the action on the Heat Analyser and make sure to keep an eye on our own Facebook page for updates as we go!

BGSS Top Pick - We're going out on a limb here and picking Italo Ferreira for a win, whenever we pick him he doesn't do well, when we leave him out he rips - let's hope this time he delivers the goods for us! For the women we're backing Lakey Peterson to take the win, her style should find a home in the stunning Balinese waves.

Reigning Champs - Joel Parkinson (on a WQS Event), no previous results for Women's Side
