The Gannel is a beautiful, flat-water tidal estuary which offers perfect paddling conditions in stunningly beautiful surroundings. We are the ONLY centre who can launch straight from Crantock Beach to explore the whole of this amazing estuary.
Our Kayak Tours offer so much more than a basic lesson. You'll learn the correct techniques from our top instructors whilst seeing the scenery, wildlife and historical features that the Gannel has to offer, depending on conditions we may even take you on a tour of the incredible sights of Crantock Bay.
All equipment and tuition included, we go at your pace and can cater for all ages.

Kayak Prices
2 hour Tour - £45 per person
Suitable for all ages and abilities. The length of the tour is very flexible, we'll go at your own pace and by using our local knowledge of the estuary, the wider bay and the tides, we can either drift gently with the current or test your fitness with some more intense paddling.

Full-day - Surf & Kayak - £85 per person
Available to any ability, all equipment and tuition is included. Timings all depend on the tide, you can book online by using the form above or get in touch for more accurate info on timings.
Advanced Coaching - Available on Request
Whether you're looking for down-wind paddling, open ocean tours or Kayak Surfing then we can help. Get in touch and we'll work out a bespoke course for you.

Private Family Kayak Tour - £195 (up to 4 paddlers)
An amazing private tour for you and your family. Feel free to bring more people along if you've got a bigger family, just add an extra £35 per person. Highly recommended if you've got any younger members.
1-to-1 Tour - £90
As the name suggests, enjoy some 1-to-1 tuition on your Kayak adventure. This gives you the freedom to explore the estuary wherever you'd like to go, or simply let your guide show you some hidden gems!
