Director & Head Coach

Dale founded Big Green Surf School in 2011 after surfing and coaching his way around the world for years! A workaholic with a great business mind and always there to answer any questions, especially if there's a pint of Doom waiting for him at the end of the day!

Additionally, Dale is a Trainer Assessor for both Surf Lifesaving Great Britain (SLSGB) and Surfing England, helping to train new coaches and lifeguards and pass on years of knowledge to the next generation.
